Simon's 2001 European Adventure

In July 2001 Simon
departed for a tour of Europe with the Collegiant Wind Band. The 104 students,
along with the conductors and staff, went first to Newark NJ where they
practiced and prepared, before departing to Amsterdam in Holland. From
there they visited Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland
and England before returning home. They played 12 concerts in all and
stayed 21 days on tour.
